4. Joints and gas springs are manually loaded into the positioning fixture, automatically locking the joints, automatically injecting oil and checking the oil injection, and automatically setting the angle of the joints.

The joints and gas springs are checked for functionality after insertion.

5. Thread dispensing is applicable to anaerobic adhesive and AB adhesive;

Anaerobic adhesive is dispensed by syringe type dispensing cartridge with ±25% filling precision.

AB glue with a special valve filling, filling precision ± 15%.

6. joints injected with grease with syringe-type dispensing cylinder filling, filling precision ± 25%. 

The filling amount is controlled by time, and the sensor detects whether there is filling or not after the filling is completed.

7. The joints are locked with the torque control of servo motor, without torque detection sensor.

Locking in and unscrewing out of the joints are both possible. Locking into the fixture rotation radius of 150mm range does not interfere.

Maximum torque of 10N.M for locking and unscrewing.

8. Quick-change structure is adopted for changeover, with light indication for good and bad products.
