The assembly sequence of the BC machine is: tube feeding - tube oil injection and testing - piston rod assembly oil injection - piston rod assembly feeding - piston rod assembly pressing - material return and testing - outer tube sealing - pull shaft testing - rolling groove - pull rod testing - finished product return.

The assembly sequence of the D machine is: piston rod pressing - inflation - anti rebound - friction force measurement - performance testing - finished product return.

According to customer customization, the assembly sequence can be adjusted.
